Fathi Abu Farah
Fathi Abu Farah is a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Ontario, Canada and also a Certified Public Accountant from Montana State, United States of America, with over 30 years of post-qualification professional experience.
Fathi was associated with Ernst & Young for over 10 years in Kuwait & Jordan before setting up the Jordan branch of RSM in 2003. He has wide ranging experience in handling audits and multi-disciplined consulting assignments that include business plans, business modeling, due diligence, business analysis, cost control techniques, project financing, accounting & financing structuring. He is also experienced in conducting training programs and in implementation of professional standards.
Fathi has considerable audit, consulting and taxation experience and is abreast of the latest international and local accounting practices. He is in a good position to ensure that the accounting & audit is conducted in accordance with the related International Standards.
Fathi held a number of successes managerial positions reaching a CFO level, during his career journey in Middle East, USA, and Canada.
Currently, Fathi is the Founder & Executive Director of International Professional Group, Chartered Accountants located in Mississauga and serving the GTA of Canada.
Currently, Fathi is the President (Board of Directors Chair) of the Arab Community Centre of Toronto (ACCT)
Rami Manna is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Illinois State, United States of America. Throughout his career he has accumulated 30 years of professional experience from world- famous corporations.
Rami was affiliated with Ernst & Young in Kuwait for several years. He later joined Hospitality Marketing Concept (HMC) in California as a financial controller. He continued his career journey in San Francisco by joining McKesson Corporation, a world-leading company in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, as an internal auditor and financial consultant.
His diversified range of practice enriched his experience in conducting audits, innovating business plans, business analysis, cost-management strategies, corporate and personal taxes, due diligence, and accounting and financing structuring. In addition, he has participated as an instructor in many courses and programs provided to multi-level managers in financial institutions.
Throughout Rami’s long years of experience at high financial and managerial levels with international companies, he was exposed to the latest accounting and auditing standards and practices. He is qualified to provide his clients with the most up-to-date service in the accounting and auditing field that conforms with worldwide financial standards.
Ahmad Shehadeh is a Certified Public Accountant from Illinois USA, Certified Public Accountant from Australia, and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA- USA), with significant experience of more than twenty years in finance, accounting, auditing, management, consulting, governance & assurance in various sectors including Government, Utilities, Financial Institutions, Real Estate, Construction, Retail, Oil & Gas, and hospitality.
Ahmad was associated with Ernst & Young Abu Dhabi – United Arabi Emirates office, and was associated with and possessed the role of a Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer in a large district cooling company in Qatar, in addition to other leadership positions in many organizations.
Ahmad worked on many audit and review assignments in addition to studies including feasibility, business plans, valuations, cost saving and synergy, commercial due diligence, five-year plans, and cost and tariff benchmarking studies.
Ahmad is well experienced in securing funding and loans for projects from banks, as he managed to close many financing and syndication deals during his CFO role in Qatar with many of the leading banks in the middle east.
In his role as the Chief Financial Officer, Ahmad managed many departments such as Accounting, Financial Planning Reporting & Budgeting, Information Technology, Procurement, Stores, Customer Services, Commercial, Billing, Collection, and Metering. Ahmad led the organizations to implement ERP, billing and collections systems (Oracle, and Microsoft) and many other systems to ensure proper data protection and improving and enhancing processes and procedures.
Ahmad advised many Board of Directors in his capacity as CFO and acted as committee member; and assumed many roles as Board committee member in many organizations in addition to being a member in Executive Committees, Audit Committees, Governance Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Ahmad has excellent financial and managerial knowledge and experience, he is target oriented with very good managerial skills, he strives to ensure that the work is done smoothly, on time, and with high level of quality.
